1. What is The Feel Good Haus?
The Feel Good Haus is a modern apothecary where every product is intentionally chosen from small batch wellness and self-care brands that prioritize simple ingredients, pure natural botanicals and results you can feel good about. The shop stocks a variety of products to make you feel good from skincare, bath and body, and natural fragrances to wellness essentials from eye pillows, diffusers, herbal teas and more.
Researching formulas, decoding labels, and avoiding synthetic fragrances can be overwhelming. Each item in the space is thoughtfully vetted for integrity and transparency—ensuring trust in both their ingredients and their origins.

2. Where is the Feel Good Haus located?
The Feel Good Haus is located at 38 Railroad Street in Great Barrington in the Berkshires of Massachusetts opened in December 2025. Pop in for a wander and explore our collection of hundreds of wellness goodies and apothecary delights for you or someone you love.
Shopping in-store offers something the internet can’t replicate: a sensory, personal, and highly curated experience. At The Feel Good Haus, you can smell natural botanicals, feel textures, test products, and explore brands up close. Every item is thoughtfully selected, and the space is designed to help you discover what truly supports your wellbeing—without guesswork, paid partnerships by influencers or endless scrolling.
Knowledgeable guidance, a calming environment, and hands-on exploration make the in-person experience more intentional, more trustworthy, and more fun. It’s wellness you can see, smell, touch, and feel.
3. Are products always in stock?
Many of the brands at The Feel Good Haus are created by small-batch makers who prioritize quality, craftsmanship, and natural ingredients over large-scale production. Because of this, certain products may have limited quantities or sell out quickly.
If you discover something you love, it’s best to purchase it while it’s in stock—restocks can vary based on each maker’s production cycle. This approach ensures you’re always getting thoughtfully made products supporting small makers.
4. Do you ship products or offer shopping online?
Not quite yet. For those that would like to shop online, the online store will be open in Winter 2026 and will ship across the U.S. If you are interested in ordering online, sign up for the Haus e-newsletter asap to stay in the know as soon as the digital doors open.
5. Are the products you sell guaranteed to work?
Products are curated for natural ingredients and the sourced directly from small batch producers, however everyone’s experience is a little different. Results can vary, and specific or health related outcomes cannot be promised—though feeling good in your self-care routine is guaranteed.
6. Are your products FDA-approved or certified?
Most wellness and self-care products aren’t FDA-approved or certified. They’re meant for personal enjoyment and wellness, rather than medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, it’s always best to check with a healthcare professional. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, and prevent any disease - simply to make you feel good. Majority of ingredients are certified organic, non-gmo and sustainably sourced.
7. Are your products safe?
Safety is always at the forefront. That said, do have a look at ingredient lists before you purchase, and use products as directed. If you have allergies or sensitivities, do take care and stop using anything that causes irritation.
8. What is the shelf life of products?
Always check the label. Due to the small batch nature of production, most skincare and herbal products are good for 12 months after opening.
9. What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange with receipt. Do note: opened candles, tinctures, skincare, and other personal wellness items can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons.

11. Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Absolutely! Gift cards are available in-store for $25, $50 or $100, and we’ll happily wrap your goodies for a lovely presentation at the gift wrapping bar for a small fee.
