1. Program Details

1. Program OverviewThe Haus Collective is the loyalty rewards program of Feel Good Haus ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase in-store and supplying your email at checkout or online at www.feelgoodhaus.com, you automatically become a Haus Collective member and begin earning Haus Points.

2. Eligibility

Open to all customers 18 years of age or older
Valid for purchases made online at www.feelgoodhaus.com and in-store at Feel Good Haus - Modern Apothecary - 38 Railroad Street Great Barrington, MA
One account per customer — accounts are tied to your email address

3. Earning Haus Points

Members earn 1 Haus Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases
Points are awarded on the subtotal of your order, excluding taxes, shipping, and fees
Points are not earned on purchases made with a Haus Collective reward code
Points are not earned on gift card purchases
Points are credited to your account after your order is fulfilled
In-store purchases earn points when your email address is associated with the transaction at checkout

4. Redeeming Haus Points

Every 100 Haus Points = $5 off your order (redeemable in increments of 100)
Minimum order value of $30 required to redeem
Reward codes are prefixed HAUS-COLLECTIVE- and are unique, single-use, and non-transferable
Only one reward code may be applied per transaction
Reward codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts
Points must be redeemed before expiration — expired points cannot be reinstated
Online: Your reward code will be emailed to you automatically when you reach 200 points. Enter it at checkout.
In-store: Let a team member know you'd like to redeem your Haus Points at checkout. They will look up your account and apply your reward.

5. Points Expiration

Haus Points expire 730 days (2 years) from the date they were earned
You will receive a reminder email before your points expire
Feel Good Haus is not responsible for expired points

6. Account Management

Your points balance can be viewed via the loyalty widget on our website or by asking a team member in-store
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value
Feel Good Haus reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate any member's account if fraudulent activity or abuse of the program is suspected

7. Returns & Refunds

If an order is refunded, the Haus Collective Points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your balance
If a reward code was used on a returned order, the code will not be reissued
Partial refunds will result in a proportional deduction of points

8. Program Changes

Feel Good Haus - Modern Apothecary reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Haus Collective program at any time
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or our website
Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

9. Privacy

Your participation in the Haus Collective is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at www.feelgoodhaus.com/policies/privacy-policy
By joining the program, you consent to receiving program-related communications
