Breathwork and Sensory Workshop in the Berkshires | INHALE
Join us for INHALE - an in-person breathwork and sensory workshop combining guided breathwork, stillness and sensory oils to encourage relaxation, presence and connection.
What Is INHALE?
INHALE is a beginner-friendly breathwork workshop in the Berkshires specifically designed for people who want to create space for greater presence, disconnect from stimulation and connect to the moment - giving yourself permission to simply be present for one hour.
INHALE is led by Chip Killingsworth, a certified breathwork facilitator and mindfulness meditation teacher based in the Berkshires. Chip guides individuals and groups through breathwork, meditation and contemplative practices, creating a welcoming space to slow down, become more present and reconnect with yourself.
During the workshop, you'll be guided through an intentional journey of breath, meditation and stillness, with time to turn inward, settle your attention and simply be present.
Along the way, you'll explore scent as a sensory anchor, incorporating carefully selected sensory oils into your experience.
What You'll Experience
Guided Breathwork
Chip will guide you through a rhythmic breathing practice designed to encourage inward attention and awareness.
You don't need previous breathwork experience. Come as you are. The practice is guided step by step and is designed to be approachable for beginners.
Meditation & Stillness
Mindfulness meditation and periods of stillness are woven throughout the session.
These practices create opportunities to notice your breath, your body, your surroundings and your own experience without needing to achieve or accomplish anything.

Scent is incorporated as an anchor, giving you another way to bring your attention into the present moment for relaxation and reflection.
